If there was an option for zero stars that’s what I would rate the photo department. My family and I were very excited to take our Christmas photos at our appointed time at 6pm. We arrived 10 minutes before to check in and was told there was an hour wait because they had just started their 2:30 appointment at 6pm. The store closes at 7 but they assured us that they would open the door for us if we decided to exit the store to eat then come back. They also assured us that they would give us a call once they were ready for us. After waiting 2 hours not hearing back from them we called the photo department 5 times until someone finally picked up and told us they were closed and not taking us in anymore. The lady who picked up also said that they have tried to call us, when we have no record of the call and stated that. She then switches up and said oh we were in the process of calling you. We were given no compensation for the cancellation without notice and we wasted our time waiting. I am very disappointed with the lack of time management and consideration for their customers. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Did a family shoot with our 1 year old and 3 month baby.. overall, the quality is ok and I was happy with it since I couldn’t do this on my own . I just wish our photographer was a little bit more warm especially when dealing with little ones..as my husband was helping me get situated with the baby, our 1 year old touched the backdrop and the photographer told her not to touch it, understandably but I think he scared her and she couldn’t get comfortable and became clinged to us so we couldn’t get her solo pictures. He very much so processed us.. We did get a good price for them and a couple decent shots so it all balanced out.
Perhaps when someone mentions they have babies they are bringing you can have some props or toys ready before the appointment (since you did have them available but didn’t offer until I asked) so the babies will automatically go towards that and it can feel like it’s a more fun environment and I’m sure it would make your jobs easier as well.

If you are able to get a session with Albee. He is 11/10. Best photographer i have ever worked with. My son and I took photos for the holiday and they came out wonderfully. All thanks to Albee. Cannot praise this man enough!

I went for the fairytale photoshoot. My daughter pictures was taken very poorly. Nothing professional about the photos. The photographer told me it’s because my daughter is below the age for the fairy photoshoot accept informing them a week before that my daughter is only 11 months and few weeks old and they saw her Belford taking her pictures. I will never go there again for a photoshoot.

I had the most amazing experience here with the sweetest photographer, Kris! My boyfriend and I were visiting his sister and she and I got to have a girl's night. What better way than a professional photoshoot with a sweet and talented photographer?! Kris was incredible with direction, set up, scheduling, and assisted with photo selection. They're were so many perfect shots that it was really hard to narrow down. I was shocked with the results of how clean and amazing these photos came out! My skin has never looked so good unfiltered. She made us feel so comfortable and really provided such a fun and memorable experience. I can't wait to get the prints and put them on our fridge.

Eileen was an amazing photographer and did a beautiful job with our newborn photoshoot last end of summer. She took her time in making sure we got as many cute angles and poses as possible. I was highly impressed by the whole process and I am so pleased with all of the photographs we received.

Don’t go here for Newborn baby photos!
We were 5 min late but were made to hurry like it’s all pictures with grown ups.
Disclaimer -
Young girl with glasses and purple hair streak ( unprofessional photographer ) kept hurrying and clearly does not know how to have patience with newborns.
There is now way you can expect newborns to change and still take photos within 15min like with adults or kids.
Clearly, inexperience is demonstrated along with rudeness.
We are glad we stepped out and walked away!
We will not come here and they have lost potential customer who could have been a regular one.

I had a very good experience taking my pictures here. The lady was nice and gave me different ideas on how I can pose. The 15 minutes was worth it!
